Happy Hour was instituted by Polly Edwards a few years ago and has been a huge success.  

The way it works is:

Sign up sheet is passed around at September meeting so people can sign up to host a Happy Hour.

Host selects day and time and how many people they can host.  Also if spouses/partners are included or not.  The host has full control of how it works.

Attendees RSVP to email sent by our Corresponding Secretary.  

Food and drink is brought by guests.  

The club owns enough glasses for at least 100 people.  The last person that hosts a Happy Hour holds on to the glasses until the next person picks them up.

Basically the job of the host is to have glasses and ice ready, and cleanup.
